Capcom’s solution is impressive. Three individual tournaments for the three most popular games within the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection allows each title to shine, while multiple tournaments or a seasonal tour would likely be overdoing it. Street Fighter 5 remains the star of the show, but each 30th Anniversary tournament still feels special. Plus, if the tournaments prove successful Capcom can make them annual events.

Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection releases in May for the Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
